What is a Greencore Qualification?

Greencore Qualifications are apprenticeships, paid for through our Apprenticeship Levy. Each programme provides a variety of options for you to develop your knowledge, skills, experience and enhance your career at Greencore through completing a recognised qualification.

The qualification must be studied for and completed alongside your role, therefore given the significant time investment needed, you must be fully committed for the duration of the programme.

How will the course benefit me?

Our new offer will help build breadth and depth in a wide range of roles. By starting on one of our qualifications you can develop your knowledge, skills and capability, so whether you’re about to step into a new role, or want to build current skills there is something for you. Not only that, successful completion can lead to a recognised qualification.

As part of your Grow with Greencore check-in, take the opportunity to discuss your development plan with your manager which development opportunity or qualification best supports your role.

How to apply:

• Complete the application form.
• You and your manager will be invited to a spotlight session to learn more about the qualification and what’s involved.
• The approval process will then begin with your line manager and local HR team to ensure you have the support needed to complete your qualification.
